The Octorara Soccer Club is committed to keeping costs manageable for families. The following types of fees are incurred by families during the season:

2024-2025 Club Registration Fees

U9 – U15 Age Groups:   $145 per participant, per season

U16+ Age Groups:   $40 per participant, per season

Club Registration Fees are paid directly to the Octorara Soccer Club

What’s included in the price?

  • Fees go towards player insurance, league registration, league refs, field maintenance, field lining, facilities rental, equipment, professional fees, electronic services, and general and administrative fees.

Individual Fees

Individual Fees are expenses that are in addition to Club Registration Fees and Team Fees and are paid directly to the supplier/provider.

Examples may include:

  • Personal soccer equipment (e.g. shoes, shin guards, ball)
  • Additional camps, clinics, or academies offered to players (at family’s discretion; amount communicated at the time of offering)

Team Fees

Team Fees are expenses for any team activities that coaches and families decide to participate in during the season. Team Fees vary by team and are collected by Coach / Team Parent.

Examples may include:

  • Additional Tournaments
  • Additional team-specific apparel

At the start of every season, the coach will estimate the team fee for each player.  Costs will be collected prior to start of individual event.  Families always have the option to make their own decision about participation in each team activity.

Player Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Registration Fee: A player may withdraw on or before August 1st and receive a pro-rated refund based on Club allocation output accrued up to that time.  Please email Board of Directors to initiate request. 

Uniforms:  Any uniform or club gear purchased / ordered through third party provider or through a club representative is not subject to refund
